Other Countries, US States and Territories: US$9.99
We also offer free shipping for orders amounting to $60.00 (excluding shipping fee) and processed directly from our website.
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Orders from mainland United States takes 15-20 days shipping from the date of order.
Orders from Canada takes 20-30 days shipping from the date of order.
Orders from the United Kingdom takes 7-20 days shipping from the date of order.
Orders from Australia takes 10-20 days shipping from the date of order.
Orders from Germany takes 10-30 days shipping from the date of order.
International shipping to other countries takes 30-120 days from the date of order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send your order details, including your tracking number to your email address 3-5 business days from order date. You can track your order here or via our partner courier's website.
WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?
After receiving your order tracking details (order number and tracking number), you can already start monitoring your order. Take note though that order status is usually updated within 24-72 hours to ensure accuracy as we are processing thousands of orders daily.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
It takes a maximum of 5 days before the status of your order is updated in our website. If you check it within 5 business days, it is highly likely that your order is not yet updated. We try our best to update our customers with their orders in every step but if there are times that the order is not available, please try it again later. Shipment status relies on the courier's ability to update and deliver your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will be in the courier's hand. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We provide international shipping. However, due to security reasons, we don't deliver to military areas.
